Use of the HighFive CRM application is governed by a separate customer agreement between HighFive CRM and the account holder, not by these terms.

You may access and use the Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The Website is intended to provide information about HighFive CRM and to allow prospective customers to request a demo.

You may not use the Website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or that could damage, disable or impair the Website or interfere with any other party's use of it.

When using the Website — including the demo request form — you must not:

• Submit false, misleading or inaccurate information • Submit information that belongs to another person without their permission • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its supporting systems • Use the Website to transmit spam, malware or other harmful content • Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Website • Take any action that places an unreasonable or disproportionate load on the Website infrastructure

Use of the HighFive CRM product

These terms govern the Website only. Your use of the HighFive CRM application as a customer is governed by the separate customer agreement you enter into with HighFive CRM when you sign up. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the customer agreement, the customer agreement prevails.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Website after an update is published means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts with competent jurisdiction over such matters.
