We're building the CRM that does the busywork.
HighFive CRM exists so sales teams spend their day selling, not updating records.
Our mission
CRM tools are supposed to make selling easier. In practice, most of them make data entry the rep's second job. Records go stale because updating them takes time that could be spent on the next call. Pipeline reviews become debates about what is actually true.
HighFive CRM is built to change that. One clear system of record, with AI agents in early access that keep the data current so your team does not have to.
How we build
Data entry is a bug.
If a rep has to update a field manually, that is a failure of the software. We build toward a world where the CRM updates itself from the work your team is already doing.
People close. Software works.
Relationships are still a human job. HighFive CRM handles the mechanical parts — logging activity, updating stages, drafting follow-ups — so the people can focus on what they do best.
Honest about what is shipped.
We separate what is available today from what is in early access. If a feature is not in the product yet, we say so. There are no asterisks.
What "AI-first" means here
It means the product is designed from the start for a world where AI agents handle data entry. The core CRM — companies, contacts, leads, deals, activities, tickets — is available today and works well on its own.
The AI layer — activity capture, lead scoring, follow-up drafting, natural-language query — is in early access. We are building and refining it with founding customers and will make it available more broadly as it matures.
When we say "early access" we mean it: the feature exists and real teams are using it, but we are still learning and improving.
